Unbox and Power On Aico

Remove Aico from the box
Charge Aico
Press the top head button to power on
Connect Aico to Wifi
A QR code will appear on the screen

Scan the QR Code to open the Aico Family app and connect your robot

Scan Aico’s QR code to sign up and create your account.

Note: The QR code holds a link to Aico Family and your robot's unique ID

Enter your information to create your AicoFamily account.

Start creating your child's profile

From the home screen or drawer menu:

Tap the three lines (☰) in the top-left corner.
Tap Add Child

Complete your child's profile details

Add details:
- Full name
- Birthday (for age-based content adaptation)
- Photo - You can upload a photo of your child’s face or any other image your child will easily recognize, such as a favorite toy, pet, or symbol they connect with.

Once the profile is added, the child’s image will appear on Aico’s screen for easy selection.

Note: You can add more children by tapping the ‘Add Child’ menu, allowing you to create multiple child profiles.

You can add more children by tapping the ‘Add Child’ menu, allowing you to create multiple child profiles.

If you didn’t use the QR code to sign up, make sure to connect the robot manually.

Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
Navigate to: Account → My Robots → + Pair New Robot
Enter the robot’s serial number (19-digit alphanumeric code) on the bottom of your Aico.

Start Learning!

Aico is now ready to play and teach through fun interactions.

⚠️Note: If a child’s profile picture is not appearing on Aico’s screen:

Scroll down Aico’s home screen → Tap the menu on the right → Open A2G Robot App → Long press → App Info → Force Stop → OK → Reopen the app OR Restart Aico by holding the head button for 10 seconds.

General notes:

Sensor Interaction

Aico responds to:

3 Head sensors
2 Hand sensors
1 Belly sensor

🖐 Use a full palm for the best response.

Safety Guidelines

Use Aico on the floor or other stable surfaces
Do not shake, throw, or drop Aico
Keep liquids and cords out of children’s reach
Clean Aico with a dry cloth only
Only adults should lift or move Aico

Troubleshooting1

Aico is unresponsive

Hold the head button for 10 seconds to reboot

Wi-Fi not connecting

Verify signal strength, restart Aico, and reconnect

Child’s profile not appearing on Aico

Scroll down Aico’s home screen → Tap the menu on the right → Open A2G Robot App → Long press → App Info → Force Stop → OK → Reopen the app OR Restart Aico by holding the head button for 10 seconds.
Verify that the parent has assigned the child’s profile to the kindergarten by entering the facility code in the app.
