Charge your Aico robot

• Fully charge before first use

• Use the original charger only

• Place Aico on a stable surface

Connecting Aico to Wifi​

• Navigate to Aico’s Wi-Fi settings

• Select your network and enter the password

Share setup instructions with parents

Forward the digital message or distribute the printed flyer to parents at your convenience.
Each message includes:

• A link to download the AicoFamily App - link

• Your kindergarten’s pairing code​​​​

We are sharing it with you so you are familiar with the process and can support parents if they have any questions or need assistance.

​

In order for children to use Aico at the kindergarten, parents must create a child profile.

These are the steps parents should follow:

• Step 1 - Open the AicoFamily app

  • Scan the QR code provided in the message or tap the link to open the AicoFamily app.

• Step 2 - Sign up and create an account.

• Step 3 - Parents create a child’s profile with:

  • Full name

  • Birthday (for age-adaptive learning)

  • Photo (displayed on Aico for profile selection)

• Step 4 - Connect the child to the kindergarten facility:

  • Tap the three-line menu icon at the top left of the screen, then select  > Assign Child to Facility

• Step 5 - Enter the pairing code

  • Select the child’s profile

  • Tap Assign child to Facility

  •  Parents can link multiple children to different facilities.

​

Confirm Profiles Are Linked

​

• Turn on Aico

• Swipe through the profile list

• Ensure all children appear on Aico’s screen

• Follow up with parents if any profiles are missing

​

  ⚠️Note: If a child’s profile picture is not appearing on Aico’s screen:

• Scroll down Aico’s home screen → Tap the menu on the right → Open A2G Robot App → Long press → App Info → Force Stop → OK → Reopen the app OR  Restart Aico by holding the head button for 10 seconds.

Still not appearing?

• Verify that the parent has assigned the child’s profile to the kindergarten by entering the facility code in the app.
