Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Curiosity Robotics ("the Company"). By accessing or using our application ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Application. If you are an employee or representative of an entity and you are using the Application in your representative capacity, then you hereby confirm that you are authorized to use the Application and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of such entity.

2. Account Registration
All users must provide accurate and complete information during registration for the Application. The application enables the users to create a child profile and upload the child's phot,o which will then be presented in the Company's teacher robot used by the child. Suppose you are adding to your account registration a child under 13. In that case, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized educational institution of the child registered by you ("your child"). In order to register your child, you will be asked to consent to the account creation and usage, including a specific consent form to use your child's photo (please review: Privacy Policy )
The right to use the Application is personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned to any other person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities you conduct under your account.
You may delete your account. Any data maintained following such deletion shall be in accordance with our Privacy Policy referred to herein.

3. Restrictions on Use
You agree that your use of the Application is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to:
(i) Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any part thereof.
(ii) Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
(iii) Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Application.
(iv) Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law.
(v) Use automated means to access or interact with the Application unless explicitly authorized.
(vi) Violate any applicable laws, including child privacy laws such as COPPA and GDPR-K.
4. Free Access & Future Pricing
The Company currently provides the Application free of charge. If pricing is introduced in the future, users will receive at least 30 days' notice before any charges apply.

5. Data Accuracy and Liability
The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information through the Application, but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or reliability. Users acknowledge that the Application is a supplementary tool and not a substitute for professional or educational assessment and should not be solely relied upon for educational decisions. The Company is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or reliance on provided information.
The Company shall not be responsible for any interruptions in service that may occur and will not be held liable for any losses or damages if the Application was not available, temporary or otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
At the Company, a non-exclusive, non-cancelable, worldwide license to use, store, and display such content solely for operational purposes or as stated in our Privacy Policy and Children Learning Policy.ll content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the Application are owned by the Company or licensed to it. Users retain ownership of any content they provide

7. Third-Party Services
The Application may integrate with third-party services, such as analytics and cloud storage providers. The Company is not responsible for third-party policies or actions. Users acknowledge that data processed by third parties is subject to their respective policies.

8. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy and Children Learning Policies outline how we collect, use, and protect personal data, including data related to children under 13. By using the Application, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy and Children Learning Policy, which can be reviewed here:

9. Termination of Access
The Company reserves the right to terminate access at its discretion if a user violates these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will cease immediately. The Company may retain user data for legal and operational purposes, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
11. Changes to the Terms
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the Application. Nothing in this section limits liability for willful misconduct by the Company or statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
